We provide support services across Essex, including Dunmow, Braintree, Chelmsford, Maldon, Basildon and surrounding areas. Our training services can be delivered across Essex and at various venues, depending on the course.

We offer a full range of professional training services, including First Aid, Health and Safety, Fire Safety, Manual Handling, Epilepsy & Emergency Medication, and Mini Medics (first aid training for children).

Yes. Many organisations prefer on-site training, and we are happy to come to you. Alternatively, we can host certain courses at our local venues.

Both! We work with businesses, schools, charities and community groups, and we also welcome independent carers and individuals who need accredited or confidence-building training.

Yes. All of our training is delivered by a highly experienced full-time in-house training team. They hold relevant qualifications, up-to-date industry knowledge and a practical, approachable teaching style.

Individual Service Funds are an alternative way of managing a personal budget. Instead of the local authority arranging support, the budget is held by an approved provider like us. We work with the individual to design flexible, person-centred support built entirely around their goals and preferences.

Absolutely. All staff complete a full induction, mandatory training and ongoing learning. Everyone is DBS checked before starting work to ensure safe and professional support.

Costs vary depending on the level and type of support needed. We can discuss pricing during your initial enquiry and provide clear guidance on funding options, including individual service funds.
