At Learning & Support Services (LSS), we are a small, independent, family-run organisation dedicated to supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and epilepsy across Essex. Everything we do is centred around the people we support; their choices, their aspirations and their independence.
Our approach is simple
Whether it’s support services in your home, accessing the community, specialist training or developing confidence through everyday life skills, our team is here to help people live safely, confidently and in control of their own lives. We also provide a full range of high-quality, compliant training courses to ensure organisations from other sectors, schools and care providers have the skills they need to keep people safe.

Training can be delivered at your workplace, on-site in Essex, or at one of our training venues. We make compliance simple, accessible and stress-free.
